To order, simply contact us by e-mail, fax, phone or letter and list the books you require . . . telling us, also, whether you wish the method of despatch to be chosen for speed or economy . . . and whether you wish to pay with a sterling or a US dollar cheque. (NB. We cannot accept credit cards.) We will immediately respond with a pro-forma invoice. Booksellers discount is 25% on single copies of any title and 33% on multiple copies of any title. We have limited numbers of unbound copies for binding of some of our books.
